Career Coach Institute (CCI) was the first firm in the world to offer training and certification in “career coaching,” a fast-growing niche within the coaching industry in which you work with clients to help them find a new career direction, get a new job (even in retirement!), or better balance their work and personal life. Career coaches have an endless stream of clients who are already in a job or career transition – or want to be! And as you coach your clients (using the skills you learn at CCI), your work becomes more meaningful - and you help your clients make their work matter too!
CCI was established in 2001 by world renowned expert career coach Marcia Bench, and has trained and certified hundreds of students in 34 countries.
