Coaching the Entrepreneurial Client (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
What are the unique features of clients who own their own business?  How can you best assist them to pursue their idea without steering them down the wrong path?  We will explore the entrepreneurial profile, trends in entrepreneurship, what kinds of businesses are most profitable, start-up steps for success, how to write a business plan, legal forms of business, marketing strategies, contract forms, protection of intellectual property, accounting for the business, financing resources, and more.

Coaching Authentic Retirement
Over 10,000 people in the U.S. retire each day – but not necessarily to a life of leisure! In this course, you learn to coach this critical transition before it happens. Includes the unique needs and issues of pre-retirees, a new Authentic Retirement™ model for the process, how to know if the time is right, traditional and innovative paths for the retirement journey, traits for "success" in retirement, how to help clients plan the non-financial aspects of retirement, and more.

Work as a Spiritual Path
An increasing number of people view their work as a calling, a sacred service offered to assist in both the worker’s spiritual growth and that of others. This class is for coaches who desire to work with clients from this spiritual perspective. You will learn tools to help people connect with their life's work, deepen their spiritual awareness, and offer their gifts to others as a sacred trust, the spiritual laws of work, value of being vs. doing, explore nontraditional careers, survey 6 models of spirit at work, work/life balance dilemmas, and much more.

Launch Your Practice (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
Gain a step-by-step process for starting your coaching practice including whether to incorporate, contract forms, insurance issues, pros and cons of home offices, virtual tools to help you manage your practice, bookkeeping, a formula to set your fees, legal means to protect your ideas, and more. Discover Your Niche (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
This course helps you develop your unique brand of career coaching, using a proven system to save you time and money by getting it right the first time. Includes secrets of a powerful brand, how to define your target markets (and how many you need), competitive analysis, market testing, visioning, Law of Attraction, sales strategies for coaching, and more. Fill Your Practice (12 sessions, 1 hour each)
In this course, you develop and implement marketing tactics to enhance and build the brand you developed in GEMS 1. Discover which of the six primary marketing strategies work best for coaches, the ladder of trust that makes your services irresistible to clients, how to get clients coming to you, web site design and optimization secrets, keys to developing a winning seminar and/or teleclass, a step-by-step plan for launching a successful ezine, book or e-book, how to obtain media coverage, affiliate programs, and dozens of internet links, forms and checklists for your use. Executive Career Coaching
Corporations are willing to spend more money on coaching for their executives than for any other level of employee. But the issues presented by executive clients are more complex than other career coaching clients! This course explores the keys to success as a leader today, and how to coach clients to achieve it. Emotional Intelligence, executive assessments (including 360-degree feedback), team coaching, life/work balance challenges for leaders, personal effectiveness and more are covered as you interact with your peers.
