Requirements for students enrolled AFTER 5/1/08

The credentials CCI offers provide you with confidence in your coaching as well as credibility when attracting and talking with new clients. You can achieve a total of four credentials specific to career coaching, as well as an executive career coaching or retirement coaching credential.

The certification programs we teach, and are aligned with, the International Coach Federation Core Competencies. Our ACCC, CECC and CPRC programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation for 30 hours of Approved Coach-Specific Training Hours each (see www.coachfederation.org for full list of ICF certification requirements). We are also accredited by National Association of Personnel Specialists (www.recruitinglife.com) and the Institute for Career Certification International (www.careercertification.org).

Certification Application Forms and Coaching Client Evaluation Form are provided in the Virtual Learning Community, our member-only area, for your use once you enroll.

Requirements for certification are:

• Certified Career Coach (Premium version is ICF acredited)
• Certified Executive Career Coach (Premium version is ICF accredited)
• Certified Professional Retirement Coach - (Premium version is ICF accredited)
• Certified Workforce Development Coach

Certified Career Coach:

• Complete 26 modules of Career Coaching Success System and pass final exam
• Complete 12 weeks of Core Teleclasses (or 12 recorded sessions)
• Document coaching with at least 4 clients for a total of 50 hours and provide feedback forms on prescribed form
• Submit certification application (certification fee is included with tuition)

NOTE: to also apply your training toward ICF credentialing, you must enroll in our PREMIUM program and complete 12 sessions with a Practice Development Coach.

Certified Executive Career Coach

• Complete 26 modules of Career Coaching Success System and pass final exam
• Complete 12 sessions of Executive Career Coaching teleclasses (must be attended live for ICF credit)
• Complete 12 sessions with a Practice Development coach certified by CCI or ICF
• Document coaching with at least 2 clients for a total of 12 hours and provide feedback forms on prescribed form
• Submit certification application (certification fee is included with tuition)

NOTE: to also apply your training toward ICF credentialing, you must enroll in our PREMIUM program and complete 12 sessions with a Practice Development Coach.

Certified Professional Retirement Coach

• Complete 12 modules of QuantumShift Coaching (self-directed) and submit 12 feedback forms and course evaluation
• Complete 12 modules of Coaching Authentic Retirement class (self-directed or live by phone) and submit feedback forms
• Document coaching with at least 2 clients for a total of 12 hours and provide feedback forms on prescribed form
• Submit certification application (certification fee is included with tuition)

NOTE: to also apply your training toward ICF credentialing, you must enroll in our PREMIUM program and complete 12 sessions with a Practice Development Coach.

Certified Workforce Development Coach:

• Complete 26 modules of Career Coaching Kit and pass final exam
• Complete 12 weeks of Core Teleclasses (12 live sessions - all sessions must be attended live for ICF credit))
• Complete 12 sessions with a Practice Development coach certified by CCI or ICF
• Document coaching with at least 2 clients for a total of 12 hours and provide feedback forms on prescribed form
• Submit certification application (certification fee is included with tuition)
